Jesse Simons is the Director of Strategies for the Sierra Club’s Climate Recovery Campaign. Prior to his work in the environmental movement, Jesse successfully led a dotcom company to the enviable position of Second Most Fucked Company of 1999. Considering the competition that year, this is one of his proudest accomplishments. For the sake of future generations, he is hopeful that his verbal optimism will be more helpful on behalf of the planet than they were for his VC backers. Jesse is prone to exaggeration that borders on the unlawful, so he is not authorized to speak in public.
