When is aggression a sign of weakness?

Dechen Tsering is an active member of the Tibetan Association of Northern California. She was born in exile in Nepal where her father was the Dalai Lama's representative. Raised in India, Dechen has lived in the United States since 1985. She pursued a career in architecture until a summer working in a tibetan refugee camp in Northern India changed her life course.
